For a membership fee of $1000 and an annual fee of $900 thereafter you will host "Digital Diarrhea", "Unpublished Proceedings", "satire-by-sroka", the "World Famous Calendars and Short Stories", or "Berserk Briefs" directly on your server. Upon receipt of your completed application and the $1,000 membership fee you will be supplied with all content for that brand. This is an annual affiliate agreement with an annual fee of $900. This program can be terminated at the end of the agreement period by either party (Dan Sroka's Humor Network or affiliate host).
