Affiliate Program Terms of Agreement
- This service is provided "as is". Affiliate member agrees to accept this service as such.
- This is a paid program granting you the right to host any of the 5 brands of humor of the Dan Sroka Humor Network on your website for a period of one year for a membership fee of $1,000 (per brand)- payable in advance.
- This program is renewable annually for a fee of $900 (per brand), payable in advance. Either party (Network or Affiliate member) may terminate this agreement at the end of the agreement period. This copyright protected content must at that point be removed completely and permanently from your website. Shall a breach of this term occur, legal cease and desist action will result against you, with the violating host assuming ANY AND ALL legal fees associated with this breach.
- This is copyright protected content listed with the US Copyright office. Under no circumstances may you change, delete or otherwise alter this content (text), video, audio, images, banners, notices, etc. You may place your website banners/links and/or advertising banners/links at the top and bottom of each page of hosted copyright protected content.
- All of Dan Sroka's Humor Network sites material is fully protected and covered by the copyright laws of the United States. Do not violate these laws. If violation occurs, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Affiliation does not preclude you from such legal action in the event of violations. Additionally, this network has existing agreements with other adult humor content providers. These agents are granted exclusive rights to distribute material written by Dan Sroka. These agents may have their own copyright rules and regulations, seperate and independent of those noted herein.
- You acknowledge that these affiliate member agreement terms may change in the future. You will be notified in advance of any potential change
